OUR SHIPPING, REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURNS: 

 You have 30 days from the day your item was delivered to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

YOUR ITEM MUST HAVE THE RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE FROM OUR STORE.

REFUNDS:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will return your refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive your credit within 30 days or sooner depending on your credit card issuers policy.

SHIPPING:

When you contact us about your return we will give you the information on how to return your item. After we receive your item (about 3-5 business days). If it is our error (wrong item or broken/not working item) we will return your refund in full if it is found not to be our error we will return your refund minus shipping cost.
